NVQ Level 3 in Management
This level 3 Award is aimed at providing both new and experienced Team Leaders and Supervisors with the skills and knowledge to be more effective in their roles. They will look at themselves and their styles to establish how best to manage their team in their working environment. They will develop skills in Leadership, Motivation, Communications, Problem Solving and Personal Effectiveness.
NVQ2 Supply Chain Management (SCM)
The NVQ2 in Supply Chain Management has been designed to meet the increasing demands within organisations to identify process efficiencies within the supply chain and to focus the business aims towards profitability. Candidates are introduced to the main themes of supply chain organisation and co-ordination with significant emphasis being placed on customer and supplier relationships as individuals, as departments and as a business.
Business Improvement Techniques (BIT) Level 2 - Manufacturing
The NAC BIT engagement is led by a lean consultant. A team of 3 (1 consultant and 2 lean trainers) will deliver the course focusing on Quality, Cost & Delivery to groups of 10-12. The Level 2 BIT qualification in Business Improvement Techniques is focused at Operators, C.I team members & Team Leaders. It is designed to give your staff skills in lean tools & techniques that they can use long term. Candidates are able to achieve anationally recognised level 2 qualification in Business Improvement Techniques. Candidates will gain the knowledge, understanding and application skills needed to participate in lean deployment teams on the shop floor. At the end of the course the NAC team will quantify and demonstrate the Impact our delivery has made to your organisation.
PMO (Performing Manufacturing Operations)
NAC has a team of expert Lean Consultants that will work with you to baseline your company’s requirements and establish the route through PMO that best suits your needs. During the assessment process there will be minimal off the job time required as our assessors work with your staff on the shopfloor. The overriding objective for the PMO is to assess your staff’s understanding of their current role which will enable them to apply this understanding to their everyday job.
Business Improvement Techniques (BIT) Level 2 - Public Sector
The NAC BIT engagement is led by a lean consultant. A team of 3 (1 consultant and 2 lean trainers) will facilitate Business Process Improvements (BPI) focusing on Quality, Cost & Delivery to groups of 10 - 12. The Level 2 qualification in Business Improvement Techniques is focused at Staff members, Team Leaders and Managers. It is designed to give your staff skills in lean tools & techniques that they can use in the long term.
